When you arrive for your appointment, we’ll make sure that we have your most updated insurance information. We’ll file claims for the services you receive during your visit, and we’ll collect any outstanding fees that insurance doesn’t cover before you leave. Later, after your claims have been processed, we get paid the rest by your dental insurance. Our experienced team knows how to handle this process from beginning to end, so you don’t have to lift a finger!
What Your Dental Insurance Plan Covers
There are many different dental insurance plans out there from many dental insurance companies, but in general, they typically have coverage that resembles the following:
- 80 to 100 percent coverage on preventive care.
- 70 to 80 percent coverage on minor restorative care.
- 50 percent coverage on major restorative care.
