Meet Dr. Kelsey Cone
Dr. Cone says that every time she comes to work, she is surrounded by kind, professional, and interesting people, and she wouldn’t have it any other way! She’s always eager to get to know a patient and show them that achieving the smile they’ve always wanted is much easier than they might think. She looks forward to welcoming you into our practice, and below, you can learn a little more about her background.
Why did you decide to become a dentist?
Dr. Cone’s path into dentistry was a rather unconventional one. When she was eight years old, a dentist actually slapped her during an appointment! Though traumatic, Dr. Cone knew she could bring compassion and understanding to an often scary and anxiety-provoking setting.
What is your dental background?
After graduating from Norwich University, Dr. Cone obtained her dental degree from the University of New England in Portland, ME. Soon after, she completed a General Practice Residency at the Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, CA. To keep her skills and knowledge up to date, she is an active member of the American Dental Association.
Outside of Dentistry, What Do You Do?
Dr. Cone grew up in Manchester, and her parents still live there. She loves doing DIY projects, with her most recent ones being making a cocktail dress and even her own wedding dress!
